● ●	THE MOMOFUKU ANDO INSTANT RAMEN MUSEUM Working with passion and a novel idea, Momofuku Ando, founder of Nissin Foods, invented the world’s first instant noodles in Ikeda City (Osaka Prefecture), in 1958. Some 50 years from that date, over 100 billion servings of instant noodles are consumed every year around the world. This museum conveys the importance of discovery and invention through the history of instant noodles that launched a new gastronomic culture. It uses a clever hands-on approach that makes learning about food fun, which includes a chicken ramen class (reservations required) where participants knead, stretch and season wheat flour for making chicken noodles, and a My Cup Noodle Factory where anyone can make one-of-a-kind noodles in a cup.
